본 연구는 전원주택을 계획함에 있어 자연과 함께 살아가고자 하는 생태주거 개념을 접목시킨 계획요소를 제안하고자 한다. 문헌과 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 생태주거 계획요소를 '주변 환경과의 친화',' 거주환경의 쾌적화',' 자원과 에너지의 생태적 이용', ' 건강생활의 추구'라는 4가지로 구분하고 그에 따른 28가지 세부항목을 도출하였다. 그 항목에 따라 건축주가 직접 설계시공에 참여하고 나눔을 실천하고 있는 4곳의 전원주택을 조사하였다. 분석결과 각각의 주택에서 각 요소에 대한 다양한 방법을 시도하여 효과적인 결과를 내고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 생태주거 계획요소는 첫째, 생태주거의 계획에 있어 지역과 상황에 맞는 다양한 방법이 고려되어야 한다. 둘째, 생태주거의 완성은 생태적으로 살고자 하는 생활양식에서 비롯됨으로, 생태계의 일원으로서 자연·공동체와 어우러져 함께 살아가고자 하는 노력까지도 고려되어야 한다. 따라서 추후 전원주택은 지역이나 경제적 측면에서 거주자의 특성에 맞도록 생태주거 요소들이 다양한 방법으로 계획되어야 한다. |

The purpose of this study was to propose the planning factor connecting the concept of ecological residence to live with nature to the planning of country house. The planning factors of country house was classified into 4 things such as 'friendship with nearby environment', 'clean residing environment', 'ecological use of resource and energy' and 'search for healthy life' and 4 country houses were surveyed and analyzed. Analysis result revealed that each house tried various methods depending on each factor and created effective results. Therefore, following planning factors of ecological residence should be considered. First, various methods for local area and situation should be considered in the planning of ecological residence. Second, completion of ecological residence is originated from the life style to live ecologically so the effort to live with nature·community should be considered as a member of ecological system. Therefore, various ecological residence factors suitable for the characteristics of residents should be planned from the aspect of local area and economy for the country house in the future. |
