이 논문은 거주성이 상실된 현대 사회에서 주거공간의 요구를 분석하고 거주성이 회복된 주거공간을 실현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 도시화, 산업화, 개인화는 주거공간을 단절시키고, 주거공간의 본질보다 경제적, 기능적 측면이 중시되며 본래적 거주성은 상실되었다. 본 논문에서는 거주성의 회복 방안으로 자연, 사회, 인간과의 소통 체계로서 주거공간을 지향한다. 주거공간에 대한 사회적 현황 분석과 담론의 해석을 통해 주거공간의 본 래적 의미를 이해하고, 소통하는 주거공간의 실현방안으로써 소통하는 경계를 인식, 영역, 관계의 확장이라는 세 가지 구조로 분석한다. 사례 분석을 통해 소통을 지향하는 경계의 구축 방법과 효과를 고찰함으로써, 소통하는 주거공간이 가변적이고 투명하며 이동가능한 양상으로 구축되고 자연, 인간, 사회와 소통을 유도하여 거주성의 회복에 기여할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하며, 인간의 존재 방식에 기반하면서도 현대 사회의 변화에 대응하는 주거공간의 방향성을 모색한다. |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of a Dwelling space and to realize it in a modern society where the authentic meaning of a Dwelling is lost. A Dwelling space has been separated due to urbanization, industrialization and personalization. As its economical and functional aspects have been emphasized, a Dwelling space has lost its authentic meaning. This study suggests that a Dwelling space should interact with nature, humans and society as a means of restoring its original concept. The authentic meaning of a Dwelling space is construed by analyzing social status and interpreting the discourse about what a dwelling space is from a modern perspective, and the structures of an interactive boundary, as ways of realizing Dwelling space, are analyzed in three ways: the expansion of cognition, area and relation. The construction methods and the effectiveness of the interactive oriented boundary are considered through case studies. The interactive Dwelling space is constructed on a flexible, transparent and movable basis, and contributes to restoring the authentic Dwelling by inducing interaction with nature, humans and society. This study finds a way to achieve the directionality of a Dwelling space which is based on the way of being of humans and corresponds to the changes of today's modern society. |
