(연구배경 및 목적) 서울시 미래유산 보전 종합계획(2014)에 나타나는 서울시 미래유산의 개념을 살펴보면 "근현대 서울을 배경으로 시민들의 기억 속에 남아 있는 사건이나 인물 또는 이야기가 담긴 유?무형의 자산으로 미래세대에 전달할 만한 가치가 있는 것"으로 정의하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 선정된 미래유산의 장소기억 속에 담겨진 가시적이고 물질적인 장소성 형성 인자를 추출하고 이를 중심으로 내재적 가치와 관계성을 이해하며, 다층적으로 축척된 미래유산의 공공적 장소성의 가치를 구조적으로 이해하고 그 특성을 도출하여 추후 미래유산의 보전 및 재생화 방안의 마련을 위한 근거 구축에 그 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 본 연구의 방법은 1차적으로 국내의 주요 미래유산을 포함한 유산정책과 사례 관련 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문 고찰 및 분석 내용을 바탕으로 미래유산에 대한 현황과 가능성을 현장 답사를 통해 고찰하였다. 이상으로 고찰된 미래유산과 관련된 선행연구의 내용 분석 결과를 토대로 하여 2차적으로 공공적 장소화에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 형성 요소를 도출하여 미래유산 사례대상의 분석할 툴을 마련하고 특성을 도출 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 범위는 서울시에서 선정된 미래유산 전체389개(2015년) 대상 중 1. 용도 보완 및 변경을 통한 공공 장소화(미래유산 사업 이전 용도변경 대상 포함)가 진행 되었으며, 2. 공공의 경험을 통해 공통의 기억을 강화시키고 있는 대상, 3. 이미지 상징적인 기억 대상에서 체험 상징적 공공화가 이루어진 미래유산, 4. 기존의 아이덴티티를 보전 활용한 대상으로 21개를 선정하였으며, 이를 장소활용의 주체에 따른 분류를 통해 나타나는 특성을 기준으로 선정된 대표적 대상으로 혜화동 주민센터, 함석헌 가옥, 상암동 일본군 관사, 구의 취수장-서울거리예술창작센터, 금천예술공장의 5소 대상을 기준으로 연구를 진행하였다. (결과)미래유산의 고유한 특성인 장소기억을 기반으로 한 공공적 장소성을 기준으로 5개소 서울시 미래유산 대상에 적용 및 분석하여 그 특성을 파악할 수 있었다. 서울시 미래유산 중 용도변경을 통해 공공적 장소화 특성이 나타나는 5개소 대상을 중심으로 장소적 기억과 장소성의 형성 요소를 바탕으로 분석 하였다. 장소적 기억 형성 시 나타나는 공공성과 장소성의 경우 다수 시민의 공통된 기억을 배경으로 정체성이 형성되며, 미래 유산의 유지관리강화 방안을 결정하는 중요한 요소로 나타난다. 따라서 공공적 장소화 특성 형성 요소를 기준으로 미래유산을 분석 도출한 내용의 의미를 살펴볼 수 있었다. (결론)선정된 미래유산의 장소기억 속에 담겨진 가시적이고 물질적인 장소성 형성 인자를 추출, 내재적 가치와 관계성에 대한 이해, 공공적 장소성의 가치의 구조적 이해를 통해 실제 대상에 적용 및 분석하기 위한 기준을 구축하였다. 이와 같이 서울시 미래유산의 내재적 가치 특성의 도출 및 적용에 대한 본 논문의 연구를 통해 추후 미래유산의 보전 및 활용을 위한 방향성 구축을 위한 근거를 마련하였다. |

(Background and Purpose)In the masterplan on future heritage in Seoul(2014), the concept of future heritage is " future heritage is events in memory of modern Seoul citizens to the background, character and stories and issues related to tangible and intangible asset which is valuable to future generations." The purpose of this study is to find the physical space element in the place memories and to understand Inherent value and relationship, the accumulated value of public places for basis of conservation and regeneration of future heritage. The objectives of this research derive the characteristics of the future heritage conservation and regeneration of the future to deploy measures aimed at.(Method)The methods of this research is first, field research on future heritage based on regulation of future legacy, related data base and research papers. Second method is theoretical study on the public space-forming. Through this methods, characteristics is derived by place elements and analysis tools This study selected in Seoul, the scope of 21 was selected for the basis for Seoul future heritage of total 389 (2015) below 1. by changing use complementary and public places (including use changes before the future heritage policy) 2. Cases strengthens the memory of the common through public experiences. 3. Future of heritage which is change from iconic image memories to symbolic public experience 4. preservation and regeneration for existing identity. Selected representative cases based on the properties of place use are Hyehwa-dong community centers, House of Ham-seokhun, Sangam Japanese Military residence, Gu-ui intake station (Seoul streets art creativity center), Geumcheon Art Factory (Results)Seoul future heritage has been applied in five cases through the place of public based on memories of place and characteristics have been identified. Seoul future heritage by change of land use including Hyehwa-dong community centers, House of Ham-seokhun, Sangam Japanese Military residence, Gu-ui intake station (Seoul streets art creativity center), Geumcheon Art Factory are analyzed by elements of place memories and place-forming. Publicity and placeness in the formation of memory place is a common memory as the background of citizens. Publicity and placeness are important elements that determines the measures to the maintenance of legacy of the future heritage. Therefore, the future heritage analysis results derived from the point of view the future public places properties. (Conclusions)In this study, the application and analysis standard was constructed for the physical space element in the place memories and Inherent value and relationship, the accumulated value of public places for basis of conservation and regeneration of future heritage. This study is to provide basis for method of public place regeneration on future heritage in Seoul through the construction of a public placeness based on the internal value of place memories. The purpose of this study is to provide basis for method of public place regeneration on future heritage in Seoul. |
