(연구배경 및 목적) 앞으로의 주거 트렌드는 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 공간기능에 관한 고민에서 시작되며 다양한 가능성을 제시할 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 변화하는 가구(家口)의 특성에 맞춘 공간구성을 가구(家具)와 공간의 통합적 기능에 연계하여 무의미하게 존재하는 공간을 지양하고 공간과 가구(家具)의 균형을 통해 최소한의 가치를 추구하는 잠재적인 공간의 가능성을 연구하고자 한다. (연구방법) 본 연구에서는 1인 가구(家口)의 주거특성에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 이전 대가족 위주의 주거 형태와는 다른 새로운 주거 형태의 방향성을 제시하고 개인의 라이프 스타일에 따른 사회변화에 탄력적으로 대응 할 수 있는 주거 형태를 공간과 가구(家具)의 통합적 공간기능에 연계하여 연구하고자 한다. 또한 통합적 공간기능에 대한 사례분석을 통해 공간과 사용자를 연결해주는 매개체로서의 공간과 가구의 통합적 공간구성이 1인 가구의 주거특성에 맞는 합리적인 주거형태인지 연구하고자 한다. (결과) 통합적 영역성에서 도출된 유기성, 유연성, 다기능성은 서로 다른 영역에서의 공간기능을 제시하고 있는데 각각의 특성을 근거로 보여지는 특징은 한 가지의 가구가 두 가지 이상의 기능을 제공하는 유동적 특성과 사용자가 직접 선택할 수 있는 유연한 구조를 통해 다기능적인 특성을 보여주고 있다. 위와 같은 세 가지 특성을 근거로 가구의 영역성은 본 연구에서의 통합적 공간기능의 방향성인 모듈구조와 공간절약, 경계공간에서 각각의 두드러진 특성을 표출하게 된다. 먼저'유연적인 모듈구조'는 가구를 이용하여 자유롭게 공간을 바꿀 수 있으며'다기능적인 공간절약'을 통해 다양한 기능을 제공하는 가구로 공간에 차지하는 가구의 비중을 줄인 공간활용에 대한 방향성을 제시하고 있으며'유기적인 경계공간'을 통해 공간과 가구사이의 틈에서 발생하는 유기적인 흐름으로 사용자와의 긴밀한 매개체적 요소로 나타나고 있다. (결론) 1인 가구의 주거형태를 고려한 통합적 공간구성은 인간의 의지에 근거하여 인간 중심적인 설계가 이루어져야 하고 공간과 가구를 별개로 계획하는 것이 아니라 사용자와 공간을 연결해주는 매개체로 공간의 다기능성과 유연성을 통해 다양한 특성들이 유기적으로 작동하는 통합적 영역성을 지녀야 한다고 생각한다. 이처럼 가구는 더 이상 장식적인 요소나 오브제가 아닌 공간과 동일시되는 개념으로 인지되고 있으며 공간과 가구는 인간의 생활수준 향상과 더불어 단순하게 놓이고 부착되는 형태가 아닌 서로 밀접한 관계성을 가지고 있는 유기적 통합구성을 가지고 갈 것이다. 가구 구성원 수가 감소하면서 생겨나는 사회현상들과 문제점들을 공간과 가구의 통합적 구성이라는 매개체를 활용하여 자유롭고 최소한의 기능만을 제공하는 명료한 공간으로 표현 될 것이며 자연스러운 흐름과 인간의 감각이 만들어내는 적응하는 주거공간에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 통합적 공간기능에 따른 지속적인 연구가 진행 되어야 할 것이다. |

(Background and Purpose) Future residential trends will start from the worry about spatial function that can cope with change flexibly, and will present various possibilities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the spatial composition of the changing furniture and the spatial function of the furniture. We want to study the possibility of potential space for value. (Method) In this study, the theoretical definition of the housing characteristics of single-person households suggests a new type of residential style that is different from the previous large-family style and that can flexibly respond to an individual's lifestyle and social change. Through a case study on integrated spatial function, we will investigate whether the proposed residential style is a rational type of housing suitable for the characteristics of a single person's house. (Results) The organic, flexible, and multi-functional integrated territory presents spatial functions in different areas. The characteristics that are shown based on each characteristic are the fluidity characteristic that one household provides more than two functions. Flexible structures chosen by users directly show multi-functional characteristics. Based on the above three characteristics, the spatiality of the furniture reveals the prominent characteristics in the modular structure, space saving, and boundary space, which are the direction of the integrated spatial function in this study. First, "flexible module structure" suggests the direction of space utilization, which reduces the proportion of space occupied by furniture by providing various functions through "multi-functional space-saving," which can freely change the space using furniture. Through the "organic boundary space," the organic flow generated in the gap between the space and the furniture appears as a close mediating factor with the user. (Conclusions) An integrated spatial structure that takes into consideration the type of residence of a single person needs to be designed in a way that addresses user intentions and where furniture acts as the medium that connects the users and the space. I think that various characteristics should have an integrated domain where they operate organically. Furniture is no longer considered as a decorative element or an object but as a concept identified with space. Space and furniture are not merely placed in space and dependent on or representing the individual's living standards; they have a close relationship to each other in the organic integrated model. The social phenomena and problems arising from the decrease in the number of household members will be expressed as a clear space that provides free and minimal functions, by utilizing the integrated structure of space and furniture. Based on this research, further research based on integrated space functionality should be conducted. |
