요약2	The purpose of the study was to analysis of housing service needs for enterprise type rental housing. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from May 15 to 19, 2017, and the sample consisted of 182 respondents living in metropolitan area. The data were analyzed using SPSS Ver.22 PC statistics program. The results were as follows : 1) Overall housing service needs of the respondents were relatively high. Most of respondents demand the service related to satety, energy saving and education. On the other hand, there was a difference between the needs of the respondents and the housing service in the case of domestic enterprise type rental housing. 2) The housing service needs varied according to general characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to closely examine the characteristics of the tenants of enterprise type rental housing, and to provide and develop housing service.
