요약2	The purpose of this study was to analyze the cases of foreign countries and to present the framework of social housing project evaluation index system for sustainable management. The contents of the study were review of the evaluation theory for social housing project evaluation, analysis of the performance and evaluation status of the overseas social housing project, and the direction for establishing the social housing evaluation system in Seoul. As a result of the analysis, the first thing to worry about the evaluation of the social housing project was that the scope and the point of the social housing project are changed according to the definition and goal of social housing. The point to be considered when constructing the social housing project evaluation system was to establish rational evaluation standards to encourage the efficiency of the operators. This will contribute to the improvement of the level of housing welfare by inducing upward leveling by operators and improving the accessibility and the opportunity of benefiting from high quality service.
