In recently, the number of young people and the elderly have lived in single-households has increased, resulting in isolation from society, lack of communication with neighbours, lack of contact with friends, loneliness, psychological problems arise. The rate of single-household has been rising, but there is not much research on community space and community programs in single households. Therefore, this study was conducted to study about young people from 20S and 30S, living in single household or used to living in single-apartments in the past and older people over the age of 60S. First, the need for shared space and community space is high for both young and old. Community spaces, living space such as health room, fitness centre, sport space, indoor exercise space, especially provide a space like a cafe shop for young people. Second, the demand for planning, designing health-related programs or fitness exercises for young people and the elderly.
