In Korea, apartment houses occupy a high proportion of 63% of the total population, and this type of housing is expected to continue to increase in the future. However, the problem of residential environment such as floor noise, sunshine, indoor air quality and crime prevention is constantly appearing in apartment houses. Among these housing environment problems, the floor noise is becoming a serious social problem from the simple argument between the neighbors to the murder case, and it can be changed by various elements of constituting the building such as the members of upper floor, floor structure and ceiling. So, it"s very difficult to grasp before move in. Therefore, to improve the residential environment from the Floor Noise, it is a reality that it is inevitable to reduce the damage by the individual and additional methods through the remodeling such as the interior modification and the sound insulation device. The purpose of this study is collecting data to develop an improved floor structure that reduces noise between floors of apartment houses. To collect the date, this study compared two structures, dry floor structures and half-dry floor structures. These structures are commonly applied to reduce noises between floors for new construction or remodeling of apartment houses. |
