Spatial configuration 요약2 Apartment unit plan is evolving by the development of commercialization strategy and designing technology and the demand of consumer. In the past, middle- to large-sized apartment was favored, but with the changes of family members and institutional changes, the preference for national housing size apartment(less than 85㎡) began to increase. In this study, we investigate the characteristics of the plan composition through the analysis of the plan of unit households of the residential housing products that have been sold since 2010 and compare it with the previous research data to understand the changes of the housing products and provide them as basic data for future product development. The result of this study shows that various plan types are being tried to diversify the product composition. As the number of bay expansions is increasing, the width of the front is increasing as it is generalized to 4 bays. However, it can be seen that the pattern of the front seal configuration maintains a constant shape.
