Photovoltaic is the most suitable way for complex facility that is built on subway because the floor area is important to sales facility and accommodations. Therefore, it is important to estimate the installation capacity that is satisfied the supply-obligations ratio of regeneration energy such as the Energy Saving Plan, the Green Building Certification, and the Green Design Standards of Seoul. This study is the BIPV system designed by considering architecture process in downtown and related laws. This study estimated the proper installation capacity for each building direction and studied the installation plan according to the usage of the real building.
