Based on the data of the Internet, this paper analyzes the guest house with high satisfaction of customers in the two regions. Through the investigation of the basic conditions of the guest house of two city ,we can compared the differences of the two city guest house. In order to achieve the advantages of reference, the deficiencies to be rectified. There are many similarities in the culture and geographical location between China and South Korea. As a combination of family homes and accommodation facilities, guest house has valuable research significance in interior design. However, the current number of related studies on guest house in the two countries is obviously insufficient. Most of China's research focuses mainly on rural areas, while Korea's related research focuses on marketing research. This survey refers to the themes related to Korean and Chinese guest house. The research on the previous two countries' guest house was organized and summarized.
