The simulation was carried out based on the case of Seoul, which is the most frequently reported area. As a result, the simulation found that the temperature of the wall fell below the temperature of a dew point and there was a risk of condensation. Currently, unheated balcony spaces have no legal obligation for insulation at the design stage.
