Therefore, heat loss due to overall heat transmission occurs in winter and an increase of cooling load due to solar heat gain occurs in summer. Accordingly, construction industry continues its upward trend to use insulation window films in order to reduce thermal losses and create a pleasant indoor environment. Insulation window film can be applied to the surface of glass to improve thermal performance of the glass. It is expected to prevent problems caused by excessive solar radiation inflow such as an increase or an imbalance of the indoor temperature, inefficiency of heating and cooling devices.
