요약2	This study conduct the survey around happy rental housing neighbor in Seoul. This study to see what the people's perception for environment changing after happy rental housing constructed in their village. There are four target areas, Gang-il dong, Cheon-wang dong, Nae-gok dong and Sam-jeon dong. Each area has 150 samples, so total 600 samples are investigated. The investigating items composed of two division, positive side and negative side. The items have overall, effect of environment improvement positively, effect of revive local economy, the impact housing prices down and image degradation effect for their region. As the results, 66% of the people thought happy rental housing was a positive influence in their region which was two times the number of people who thought there was a negative influence in their region. 61% of the people thought the happy rental housing revitalized the regional market which was more than 58% of the people who thought the happy rental housing improved the residental environment. As for negative evaluation, the decrease of real estate prices was 22% while the village image degradation was 18%. it reflects worries about the decrease of real estate prices.
