(연구배경 및 목적) 인공지능, 정보통신과 같은 기술의 발달과 저출산, 고령화에 따른 1인 가구의 등장 등 사회적, 경제적 변화 요인에 따라 현대인들의 생활 양식이 점점 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 생활 양식, 즉 라이프스타일의 변화는 주거공간에도 많은 영향을 미치며 전통적인 과거의 생활 양식과는 다른 변화된 라이프스타일을 담을 수 있는 주거공간의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 국내 대형 건설사들도 미래의 라이프스타일을 반영한 주거모델에 대한 아이디어 경쟁이 치열하지만 대부분이 첨단기술을 적용한 스마트홈 열풍으로 이어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 동경 하우스비전 전시 주거모델에 나타난 라이프스타일의 변화를 반영한 주거디자인 특성을 살펴봄으로써 라이프스타일을 넘어 사용자의 삶을 고려한 주거계획의 방향성을 찾는데 그 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 먼저 라이프스타일과 주거에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 주거계획에 있어 라이프스타일의 중요성을 알아보고, 2000년대 이후 변화하는 라이프스타일을 반영한 주거계획에 대한 선행연구 분석을 통해 주거유형별 특성(첨단기술지향성, 감성지향성, 지역문화지향성, 친환경지향성, 사용자지향성, 관계지향성)에 대해 고찰한다. 이를 기준으로 동경 하우스비전 전시의 주거모델에 나타난 라이프스타일을 반영한 주거디자인 특성에 대해 분석한다. (결과) 분석 결과 동경 하우스비전 전시 주거모델들은 첨단 주택만을 지향하지 않았으며 오히려 이와 반대되는 아날로그적 감성과 자연친화적 요소, 지역문화지향성을 반영한 주거모델이 좀 더 많이 전시되었다. 특히 일본의 다도문화, 쾌적한 화장실 문화 등 일본의 주거문화를 반영한 지역문화지향성과 지역의 토속적 재료의 활용, 지역환경과의 조화 등 친환경지향성도 높게 나타났으며, 주거유형별 특성 중 관계지향성이 가장 두드러지게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. (결론) 사용자의 라이프스타일을 주거공간에 반영한다는 의미는 주거를 통해 개인의 가치를 실현하고 개성을 표현하며 철저하게 사용자의 삶에 맞춘다는 의미로 해석할 수 있다. 각 개인의 라이프스타일에 따른 가치기준에 의한 삶의 질적 향상 측면에서 주거계획을 생각해야 하며, 단순한 통계적 니즈에 의한 주거계획이 아닌 그 속에 살게 될 개개인의 삶에 대한 진지한 고민이 수반되어야 한다. 즉 사용자를 둘러싼 사회, 문화, 지역 환경에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 라이프스타일을 영위할 수 있는 주거계획을 실행할 때, 사용자의 삶에 초점을 맞춘 주거공간이 실현될 수 있다. 그러므로 다양한 방향성을 가진 라이프스타일을 반영한 주거계획에 대해 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. |

(Background and Purpose) Due to social and economic variation factors including technological advances such as artificial intelligence and information and communication, and the advent of single households resulting from a low birthrate and aging society, the lifestyles of contemporary men are becoming increasingly diversified. The changes in lifestyles exert immense influence on housing spaces and the necessity for housing spaces, which can contain lifestyles different from traditional lifestyles, is being suggested. In this light, large domestic construction companies are competing to generate creative ideas with regard to housing models reflecting future lifestyles, but most ideas are resulting in smart home fever, applying the latest technology. In consideration of this fact, the purpose of this study is discovering the direction of housing plans considering the lives of residents by examining housing design characteristics reflecting the lifestyle changes in HOUSE VISION Tokyo Exhibition models. (Method) First of all, the importance of lifestyle in housing plan will be identified through theoretical consideration of housing and housing-type characteristics (high technological orientation, emotional orientation, local cultural orientation, eco-friendly orientation, customized orientation, and communicative orientation) will be examined by analyzing previous studies on housing plans reflecting changing lifestyles after the 2000s. Housing design characteristics reflecting lifestyles from HOUSE VISION Tokyo Exhibition housing models have been analyzed based on it. (Results) As a result of the analysis, HOUSE VISION Tokyo Exhibition housing models were not just oriented toward high tech housing, and there was a relatively higher number of housing models reflecting analog sentiments, eco-friendly elements, and local cultural orientation. In particular, there were high levels of local culture orientation reflecting Japanese housing culture including tea ceremony culture, clean restroom culture, and so on, and eco-friendly orientation such as use of local materials, harmony with local environment, and so on were found and communicative orientation, out of housing type characteristics, stood out the most. (Conclusion) Reflecting user lifestyle into housing space means realizing individual values, expressing individuality, and thoroughly customizing for residents. Housing plans should be considered in the aspect of living quality improvement from value standard based on individual lifestyles and earnest consideration of individual lives, not housing plans based on mere statistical needs, should be accompanied. That is, when housing plans in which lifestyles can be managed based on understanding of society, culture, and the local environment, housing spaces focused on the life of residents can be materialized. Therefore, continuous study on housing plans reflecting lifestyle with diverse directions is necessary. |
