요약2	The government announced 1.13 Real Estate Measure in 2015 that promotes enterprise-type rental house named 'New Stay' aiming at residential stability of working class and normalization of housing market. The purpose of the study was to find out the possibility of activating the enterprise-type rental housing service. The survey was conducted on the general public over the age of 20 who live in metropolitan area and the survey period was from May 15th to May 19th in 2017. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and the final 182 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The collected data was processed by using SPSS Ver.22 statistics program. The results were as follows: (1) In the case study of domestic enterprise-type rental house complex, housing service differed according to the purpose of enterprise-type rental house by each company. (2) While the awareness level of respondents on the enterprise-type rental house was low, those who are aware of it strongly perceived that it is beneficial to residential stability of the middle class. (3) Although the awareness level on the housing service was low, intention for using the housing service was proven to be high. (4) The needs of housing services differed according to the characteristics of the respondent.
