요약2	Purpose : This study is to provide basic data for energy performance evaluation of standard type and enlarged type collective housing using ECO2 and DesignBuilder softwares. Methods : Analyze the outline and characteristics of ECO2 and DesignBuilder program. The primary energy consumption with ECO2 was evaluated to compare the results under the same conditions as the DesignBuilder. A total of six models were simulated to compare the energy consumption of the Enlarged type and the Standard type for 84㎡, 74㎡ and 66㎡ of the collective housing. Results: 1) There are differences in the input variables of ECO2 based on static method and DesignBuilder based on dynamic method. 2)The Primary energy consumption of ECO2 was higher than DesignBuilder. 3)In the case of the standard type, primary energy consumption by heating and cooling was saved by the greenhouse effects and shade effects 4)ECO2 software should be improved so that information about adjacent zones such as balconies, utility rooms can be input to calculate more correct results.
