Since 2017, the urban regeneration project has changed into a new one. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look at the impact of the urban renewal New Deal policy on residential regeneration and to suggest improvements. In particular, among the three types directly related to residential regeneration, the improvement direction is proposed by looking at the status and limitations of general nearsightedness cases. To this end, the first is to elicit the need for this research by conducting prior research on existing urban regeneration projects, policies and systems. Second, by cleaning up the paradigm shift in Korean housing development, we are going to look at the reasons why general residential housing has been derived. Third, the status of the general approximation activation plan was analyzed based on the support subjects, the operating entities, and the direction of physical and economic regeneration by case. Fourth, specific target locations were selected based on previous research results and future planning and policy proposals were made based on expert advice. |
