South Korea faced a low birthrate problem. This created a problem of reducing the use of educational facilities among many problems. However, the infant intake rate of kindergartens is steadily increasing compared to the declining birthrate. The increase in the number of nuclear family members and women entering the society, and the in crease in the number of children without working together, is attributable to the increase in the number of kindergarteners. Even if they want to send their infants to public kindergartens, they can't afford to send their babies due to the lack of public kindergartens and acceptance rates. Due to these problems, it is suggested that unuesd classrooms, which were created by a decrease in the number of elementary school students, be used as public kindergartens. Therefore, study on the public kindergarten of using unused classroom of elementary school. |
