요약2	It is preparing for the future industrial ecology following the fourth industrial revolution. Thus, in 2018 the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport selected smart city, construction automation, zero energy building, and virtual land space as future innovations to cope with the fourth industrial revolution. However, BIM, the core technology for implementing smart cities, is lacking in preparation as a medium for developing convergence technologies. In this study, the purpose of the research is to establish the role of BIM technology for implementing smart city and to derive requirements for BIM-based architecture and urban planning.
