요약2	This study compared standards for measuring the long-term thermal conductivity of domestic and foreign insulating materials of for consideration of the variation in insulation performance. Foreign standards differ in pre-treatment environmental conditions for each type of insulation, while domestic technical standards are applied to all insulation by citing one foreign standard. Domestic test environment conditions are not lagging behind those of other countries, but due to the lack of methods to evaluate performance for the types of insulation, reasonable criteria should be revised to meet the policy and management system through analysis of domestic technical conditions and related criteria. In the future, it is necessary to revise the design basis section in Korea where insulation performance has been overestimated and to introduce criteria that can reflect thermal conductivity due to changes in long-term hardness during the design phase of buildings.
