요약2	After the green building certification standard was revised in September, 2016, the certification standard was revised again in September, 2018, and the government continues to support the energy conservation and green building expansion policy. In the case of the apartment housing business, it is necessary to carry out research for this because it is affected by the increase of the construction cost due to the revision of the standards and the business performance. Therefore, we compare green building certification standards before and after the standard change and analyze the case to find out problems when applying the green building certification system of the private apartment house business and present the basic data to be referenced in revising the certification standards in the future.
