The construction of apartment houses has been in conflict with social conflicts and interests during the process. These civil complaints are improving the living standards of the residents, and the complaints are increasing as the passive civil servants are changed to active positions. The study focused on 48 cases of civil complaints at the construction site of the apartment complex from 2010 to the present day of the Central Environmental Dispute Committee. The case study found that the most noise-related disputes were found, and that mental damage disputes were more common than property and material damage disputes. In addition, there were more receipts in the metropolitan area than local receipts, and the number of cases of dispute cases decreased in the last three years. |
