Purpose: In this study, the purpose of the research is to provide theoretical foundations for new architectural approaches of community facility planning that can activate residential community and increase the quality of residential service in public rental housing in Korea. Method: This study intend to conduct the research by literature review of research journal, research reports, books, and related regulations related to residential services and their supportive community facilities of public rental housing.
