요약2	At present, the nation entered an aged society in 2017 due to the rapid pace of aging, and the government has been diversifying its policies on aging. Based on these demographic and structural changes, recent studies seek to change the paradigm from age division to age integration. In other words, studies are actively being conducted that call for changes in fundamental social principles. However, the nation has been supplying rental housing to the elderly since the 2000s, when the talk of aging began, mostly in isolated from society and age-divided forms. As this leads to social problems such as solitude and depression for the elderly, countermeasures are urgently needed. This study seeks to secure basic research data on how to improve Public Retirement(Silver) Housing for the elderly from an age-integrated perspective.
