요약2	The study wanted to propose a customized housing plan based on the patterns and needs of future consumers through a survey of Seoulites on housing demand before supplying public housing for young and newlyweds, the de facto weak housing groups in our society. The main research questionnaire is as follows. First, there is a need to expand and differentiate the living space of the Second, it is necessary to provide young people with built-in furniture. Third, the side plan of the youth hopes a room of a stand-alone structure, not a Sherhouse. Finally, they prefer community facilities that meet demand.
