The purpose of this study was to research the rapid changes in modern society and the development of advanced information technology have brought about a lot of changes in the way of social organization and work process. These changes and developments have led to a great change in the value of the office environment. Creative work, satisfaction of office workers, and productivity of their work. As part of the survival strategy, each organization in the modern society is urgently required to adapt to the new paradigm and to innovate organizational management. Smart offices should have interactive functions for adaptation to new paradigms such as knowledge workers, white collar, ICT, and RFID.
