Meanwhile, in 2018, the "Rules for Enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Convenience for the Disabled, the Elderly, and the Ministry of Forestry" and "Standard for the Energy Conservation Design of Buildings" were strengthened. Accordingly, the existing aged care facilities that were examined through the case study were found to be insufficient for the revised standards in terms of BF and eco-friendly plans.
