The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between indoor thermal environment and heart rate variability(HRV) of human body according to the heating conditions. Under the set temperature of 26℃ within the room, the 4 subjects' electrocardiogram was recorded for 7 minutes. HRV which is rated as the ratio of Low Frequency and High Frequency was analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. When the subjects felt thermally comfortable, the LF/HF ratio was near 1. The result indicate that the LF/HF ratio may be used as an indicator for human thermal comfort. |
