The purpose of this study is to propose improvement direction through analysis of characteristics of Gosiwon, non-dwellings For this purpose, before analyzing the policy alternatives and plan improvement directions, this study is typified the congested areas of the Gosiwon by analyzing the characteristics of residents. First, this study firstly derived the process and limitations of the related laws through analyzing policies and regulations related to the domestic Gosiwon. Second, this study is analyzed the precedent research and case studies related to the domestic Gosiwon. Third, the type of Gosiwon was classified according to the distribution of residents type. Finally, this study is proposed a policy alternative by analyzing the planning characteristics of the representative case by type. |
