A growing number of more efficient and flexible sharing offices are stepping up services to foster growth-prone startups and freelancers away from one-dimensional shared spaces. Based on this background, this research is designed to establish a shared office space program. The purpose of this study is to understand the space required, area and scale of shared office space through case analysis of the shared office space in and out of the country, and to examine the comprehensive spatial characteristics for the space planning of shared office. The results are as following; 1) In the analysis of the space program of the Sare, the distribution of spatial composition by type differed greatly. 2) In order to ensure the convenience and work efficiency of users in planning a shared office, it is necessary to plan for all the space components and functions, except for a private office in the form of a cafe. 3) It is proposed that the public space be the largest in the cafe-type shared office space planning, and the integrated shared office space be planned through the organic connection of open office, conference room, and rest area. 4) The purpose of providing the maximum amount of work space in the incubating type shared office space plan is to plan the space to ensure free use and efficient work through the proper configuration and arrangement of private and open offices. 5) In planning shared office space as a network, it is necessary to place a greater emphasis on private office space, while private and multi-office should plan for space configuration changes so that space can be used efficiently. |
