Purpose: CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) is a heavy weight structure that has advantages in seismic resistance, fire resistance, sound insulation, and heat storage performance compared to lightweight wood structures. Therefore, there is a big advantage that can reduce the dependence on foreign wood and actively use domestic wood. Method: This study intends to find a way to apply domestically by analyzing related technical cases abroad. Result: As a result of analysis, the energy performance of the currently constructed foreign CLT wooden passive houses is as follows. Annual heating energy requirement 12.7 kWh / m2a, primary energy requirement 87.9 kWh / m2a, heating load 12.5 W / m2, airtight performance 0.41 h-1, window heat permeability 0.78 W / m2K, glass heat permeability 0.62 W / m2K, glass solar energy transmittance 56%, door heat transmission rate 0.81 W / m2K, waste heat recovery ventilation efficiency 87%, roof heat transmission rate 0.10 W / m2K, exterior wall heat transmission rate 0.12 W / m2K, floor foundation heat transmission rate 0.13 W / m2K. Based on the analysis results, the basic design data for the domestic CLT wooden passive house design are provided. |
