건설업은 현재 생계에 직접적인 영향을 주는 임금 관련문제들로 인해 신규인력의 진입 기피와 기존인력의 이직 등기능인력 유지에 문제가 발생하여 산업생산기반이 약화되고있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 신규인력의 유입 증가와 기존 기능인력의 유지를 위해, 현행 임금산정제도를 개선하는것을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 노동강도가 높은 건설업최저임금 수준을 산업별, 직종별로 차별화하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고, 휴일근로 및 시간외 수당 등과 같은 명확하게산정할 수 있는 임금산정기준의 정립이 필요하고, 현재의 퇴직공제부금의 금액 수준을 상향조정하는 것이 필요하다. |

Problems related to wages in the construction industry, which directly affect the livelihood of workers, have causedother problems in maintaining skilled workers, such as decreasing the inflow of new laborers and increasing theoutflow of the existing labor force, which has weakened the foundation of industrial production. Against this backdrop,this study aimed to improve the current wage calculation system in order to increase the inflow of new laborers andmaintain the existing skilled workers. It is necessary to differentiate the minimum wage in the construction industry,which requires a high intensity of labor, by industry and occupation type. It is also necessary to establish standardsfor specifically calculating wages, such as holiday work and overtime pay. The standard of the current retirementmutual aid fund needs to be upwardly adjusted at the same time. |
