본 연구는 저출산 문제를 해결하는 방안이자 공동보육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 보육을 지원하는 주택 환경을 계획하고자 하는 데에서 시작하였다. 공동체주택은 현대사회의 주거 문제 및 육아 문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 대안으로 아동 발달에 적합하고 부모는 안심하고 육아할 수 있는 공간으로 계획되어야 한다. 이에 따라 육아가구 공동체주택 계획을 위한 패턴언어를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 육아가구 공동체주택에 관련된 총 4 분야의 전문가 패널을 대상으로 3차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 주거공간 22항목, 실내 매개공간 7항목, 커뮤니티 공간 27항목 총 56항목은 모두 중요하고 실현가능한 디자인방안임이 검증되었으므로 이를 최종적인 육아가구 공동체주택 패턴언어로 제안하였다. 패턴언어 최종안이 지닌 특성을 분석한 결과 편리성과 안전·안심, 안락성 커뮤니케이션 개념이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 델파이 조사의 공간별 디자인개념 필요도 결과와 일치하였다. 이는 본 육아가구 공동체주택 패턴언어가 육아가구 관점에서 이들을 배려한 환경을 계획하는데 있어 적합한 것으로 판단된다. |

This study started with the intention of planning a housing environment that supports child care according to the measure to solve the
problem of low birth rate and the rise of need for cooperative child care. Communal housing is an alternative to addressing housing and
child care in modern society. It should be planned as a place suitable for the development of children and where parents can safely raise
their children. Therefore, this study aims to develop a pattern language for communal housing of families with children. Three rounds
delphi surveys were conducted on a total of four expert panels on communal housing for families with children. As a result, 22 items in
residential space, 7 items in indoor mediation space and 27 items in community space of total 45 items had been proven to be important
and feasible Design Strategy. Therefore, these were proposed as the final pattern language for communal housing of families with children.
After analyzing the characteristics of the final pattern language, convenience, safe·feeling, comfortability and communication were high. This
was consistent with Delphi's necessity for design concept in each space. This meant that the pattern language for communal housing of
families with children was appropriate to plan an environment for families with children from their perspective. |
