본 연구의 목적은 디지털 네트워크 분석을 통해 주거 연구의 동향을 체계적 문헌고찰(systematic review)하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 주거연구의 대표적인 저널인 한국주거학회의 지난 30년간의 논문 전수의 키워드를 네트워크 분석하였다. 10년별로 그 양상을 횡적 연구(cross-section analysis)하여 그 시기의 경향을 살펴보고 이를 다시 시계열분석분석(time series analysis)하는 종단연구설계(longitudinal design)를 수행하여 연구의 변화 동향을 시대에 따라 비교하였다. 디지털 네트워크 분석을 통해 키워드의 연결중심성과 가중연결중심성을 조사하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 공동주택과 아파트 관련 연구가 전체 연구의 과반수를 차지할 만큼 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 아파트 연구는 상대적으로 줄어드는 반면 공동주택에 관한 연구가 늘어나고 있다. 아울러 노인 관련 연구는 꾸준하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 도시 관련 연구는 초창기에 개발에 관한 내용으로 시작되어 최근 재생으로 그 관심 분야가 전환되고 있다. 인구 및 가구형태의 변화에 대응하는 연구가 나타나고 있다. 주거환경과 같은 물리적인 분야에서 주거 만족과 같은 감성·심리적인 전환이 나타나고 있으며, 주거 개발은 주거의 유지 및 지속성에의 관심으로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 기법을 사용하여 주거연구를 다각적이고 입체적으로 분석하여 그동안의 주거연구의 경향을 살펴보고 문제점을 진단하여 앞으로의 방향을 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. |

The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic review of housing research trend using a digital network analysis.
Keywords from articles released over the past three decades at the Journal of the Korean Housing Association were applied. The cross-section analysis was applied to examine the trends by decades. Then a longitudinal design employing time series analysis was implemented, comparing the trends of relevant research in terms of periods. The degree centrality and weighted degree centrality of keywords were investigated. The results of this study are shown as follows.
Studies on multi-family housing and apartment accounted almost half of the total studies, and studies on elderly people are on the rise. Initial research on cities focused on development, and now transitions to urban regeneration. Emotional and psychological variations such as housing satisfaction are shown instead of physical areas such as residential environment. Similarly, interests in housing development is changing to housing maintenance and continuity. The flow of the housing studies is that the interest of the study has changed from the quantitative and physical growth of housing to qualitative growth. Also, the flow of the study has gone through a transition, mirroring sociodemographic variations and national policies comprehensively. |
