본 연구의 목적은 경기도에서 시행하는 주거복지 정책인 신혼 육아 가구를 위한 커뮤니티 하우스인 경기도경기도형 행복주택의 사회통합적 계획 특성을 분석하고 거주 후 평가 방법(POE)을 통해 주거 공동체 활성화 정도를 측정하여 각 변수간의 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 설문 조사는 경기도 공공 임대형 공동체 주택 사업인 경기도형 행복주택 단지 중 수원 광교 (204 가구)의 취약 계층 (신혼 · 육아 가족) 133명을 대상으로 실시됐다. 설문 조사는 2019년 7월에 실시되었으며 데이터 분석이 이어졌습니다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커뮤니티 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 공동체주택의 사회적 자본 활성화 수준이 높아졌다. 둘째, 공동체주택의 외관 디자인에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 지역 주민과 거주자에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체 주택 단지 내 안전과 질서가 유지될수록 주거 만족도가 높게나타났다. 넷째, 공동체 주택 주거 단지에서 이웃과의 교류가 많을수록 주거 만족도가 높게 나타났다. |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the social integration plan of Gyeonggido type happy house, which is a
community House for the child care families in a housing welfare policy executed by Gyeonggido, and measure the activation of the
community through the housing satisfaction(POE) survey to reveal the association between each variable. The survey was conducted with 133
interviewees in vulnerable housing classes (Newly wed and child care families) in Suwon Gwanggyo (204 households), which is a
Gyeonggido type Happy House complex that is a public rental community residential program of Gyeonggido. The survey was conducted in
July 2019 and followed by an analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, the more satisfied with the community
program, the higher level of social capital activation for the community house. Second, the higher satisfaction with the exterior design of the
community house, the more satisfied with the local residents and tenants. Third, the better safety and order are maintained within the
community housing complex, the higher residential satisfaction level. Forth, the more interaction between neighbors in the residential complex
of community housing, the higher the level of housing satisfaction. |
