본 연구는 국내 건설 생산직 근로자의 수급 및 양성체계에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 생산직 근로자의 수급 및 양성관리 실태를 분석하고, 미래 생산직 근로자들의 유입 및 역량 강화가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 수급 및 양성관리 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 건설 생산직 근로자의 수급실태를 조사한 결과, 수급 경로는 대체적으로 작업반장의 인맥을 통해서 고용하고 있었으며, 숙련공 및 비숙련공 모두 수급이 원활하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 건설 생산직 근로자의 양성실태를 조사한 결과, 대체적으로 현장에서 이루어지는 도제식 교육·훈련 방식으로 양성되고 있었으며, 숙련공의 직종별 기술 수준은 대다수 보통 수준에 머물러 있었다. 본 연구에서는 현장관리자의 설문조사 내용과 전문가 자문을 통해 기존 건설 생산직 근로자의 수급 및 양성체계의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 수급 및 양성관리 모델(안)을 제시하였다. |

This study purpose to analyze the present state of supply and demand, and training and management of production workers for solving
problems of supply and demand, and training systems for production workers in the domestic construction field and suggest a supply and
demand, and training and management model, which supports efficient inflow and capability strengthening of future production workers. When
researching the present state of supply and demand of production workers in the construction field, it was found that mostly, production
workers were employed via personnel connections of the heads of working groups, and both of skilled and unskilled workers were not
smoothly supplied. In relation to training of production workers in the construction field, they were mostly trained through apprenticeship
education·training, and the majority of skilled workers had an average level of skills. This study has significance by suggesting a supply and
demand, and training and management model(plan) for settling problems of existing supply and demand, and training systems for production
workers in the construction field, based on the survey with field managers and experts’ advice. |
