본 연구는 건설산업에 종사하고 있는 여성 건설기술인들의 업무 효율성 향상과 현재 산업 내 발생하고 있는 인력수급 문제의 해결을 위한 근로 만족도 개선방안을 수립함을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 여성 건설기술인의 근로 만족도를 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 항목을 대분류 3개, 중분류 18개, 소분류 58개로 재구성하여 제시하였다. 2) 사측은 여성 건설기술인에 대해 보통 수준의 만족도를 보였으나 여성 건설기술인들은 대부분 직장에 대해 만족하지 못한 것으로 조사되었다. 3) 본 연구에서는 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 근로 불만족 사항들에 대해 업무환경, 조직환경, 개인환경에 대한 정책적 지원방안을 제시하였다. 그러나 업태별, 직급별, 성별, 규모별 등의 다양한 변수에 따른 세부적인 분석을 수행하지 못한 한계점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 향후 상기 언급된 내용을 보완한 연구를 진행할 예정이다. |

The purpose of this study was to establish measures to improve the efficiency of female construction engineers in the construction industry
and improve the satisfaction of workers to solve the current manpower supply and demand problems in the industry. The conclusions from
this study are as follows. 1) Items that can efficiently measure female construction engineers' work satisfaction were reorganized into three
large categories, 18 large categories, and 58 small categories. 2) The management showed a moderate level of satisfaction with female
construction engineers, but most female construction engineers were not satisfied with their jobs. 3) In this study, policy support measures for
task environment, organizational environment, and personal environment were presented for labor dissatisfaction matters that need improvement
first. However, it has limitations of failing to perform detailed analysis according to various variables such as business type, rank, gender and
size. Therefore, further studies will be conducted to complement the above mentioned content. |
