According to the Building law, the Knowledge Industrial Center is classified as the following: factories, business facilities, neighborhood facilities, dormitories, and cultural facilities. The purpose of the Knowledge Industrial Center is to encourage convergence between industries and people. The space does not only have a great advantage in sufficient work areas but also in sale for its numerous different tax benefits such as low property tax and acquisition tax, compared to other work facilities. One of the greatest benefits of the Center is that it creates synergies through collaboration between tenants and multi-dimensional industries.
