국내 공공건축물이 그린리모델링사업 활성화를 선도하고자 하는 정책적 상황과 유사한 외관 형태가 반복된다는 건축적 특성을 가짐에 따라, 본 연구에서는 프리팹 외피 모듈 개발에 앞서 현황조사를 바탕으로 공공건축물 업무시설 6개 용도별로 대표 외피유형을 도출하였다. 외피유형은 ‘입면구성’, ‘개구부유형’, ‘구조체돌출형태’, ‘창면적비’, ‘외장재시공법’ 5개 외피 특성으로 도출되었으며, 연면적 및 건물의 높이와 같은 건물 특성도 고려되었다. 수백 개소의 현황조사와 외피 특성 유형화를 위해 포털 사이트 로드뷰 및 이미지 검색을 통해 현황조사를 수행하였으므로, 추가적으로 외피유형별로 도면검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공공건축물 용도별, 외피유형별 리모델링 설계안 도출을 위한 가이드라인과 프리팹 외피 모듈 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 예정이다. |

In Korea, public buildings are leading the green remodeling business as one of the carbon neutral strategies. Retrofitting envelope of existing
buildings is considered essential for green remodeling because it affect appearance, energy use of buildings and, also occupant’s comfort. In
view of constructability and cost, prefabricated envelope system have an advantage and could contribute to the activation of green remodeling
business. Therefore, as the previous research for developing prefabricated envelope system, this paper aims to analyze the characteristics of
existing public office buildings envelope in Korea. The survey was conducted by using web portal site “road view” function after appropriate
sample design. Based on the survey, the envelope characteristics were categorized into 9 items which the orientation of main entrance, shape
of plan, elevation composition, shape of openings, shape of constructions, window to wall ratio, envelope construction method, window
projection and window type. We will use this results for deriving representative envelope types of public building and prefabricated envelope
module design. |
