요약2	Increase in time availability and income level have lead to more diverse and idiosyncratic consumer demands. To cope such trend change, Mixed-Use Commercial Facility has evolved from simple amalgam of shopping centers to a place to experience variety of ventures. Majority of traditional Mixed-Use Commercial Facilities have unified tenant organization and structural allocation, which restricted them to have distinguished features. However, recently established Mixed-Use Commercial Facilities are equipped with innovative development and operation subjects to alleviate such limitations. Studies on these subjects based on User’s satisfaction and importance measure within Mixed-Use Commercial Facilities have not yet been fully explored. The objective of the study is to draw differentiation-factors of 'Starfield Hanam', a suburban Mixed-Use Commercial Facility, located at Hanam Gyeonggi, and then analyze importance and satisfaction of users to provide base data during introduction of new contents. A survey of 220 Starfield Hanam users was conducted and 198 valid samples were used for the final analysis. And outcome was drawn through IPA Analysis, we were able to identify both maintenance and improvement needs for each element. We are hoping that this corresponding result will be used as base data for both application and improvement direction when introducing each element.
