본 연구의 목적은 공공임대주택 옥외 공간을 중심으로 거주자의 웰빙을 고려한 치유적 환경으로서 자연 요소와 함께 옥외 시설 구성 현황 및 특징을 파악하고, 옥외 공간에 관한 만족도 분석과 치유 효과에 대한 조사를 실시하여 만족도가 치유적 효과에 주는 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 배경은 Ulrich(1984)의 지원적 디자인 이론을 바탕으로 치유환경요소를 조사하였고, 공공임대주택단지의 옥외 공간에 대한 시설적 특징을 조사하여 치유적 환경과 연결하여 구분하였다. 연구대상은 치유적 환경에 부합하는 외부환경요소를 가지고 있는 10년이내의 G-SEED인증 우수 등급 이상을 받은 공공임대주택단지를 선정하였다. 연구방법으로 먼저, 거주자의 행태를 기반으로 옥외 시설의 치유적 요소를 접근성, 편의성, 체류성, 연계성영역으로 나누어 옥외 공간에 대한 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 둘째, Kaplan, R. & Kaplan, S. (1989) 주의 회복 이론(ART)을 활용하여 치유 효과를 조사하고 단지 옥외 공간에 대한 만족도가 치유 효과에 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 만족도 설문조사 결과는 옥외 환경의 만족도 요인들은 전체만족도에 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤으며 그 중 편의성이 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것을 보여주었다. 다음으로 확인한 치유 효과에 대한 전체 만족도의 영향력 또한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 단순회귀분석과 다중회귀분석 모델을 통해 검증하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 옥외 환경의 만족도와 만족도 요인들은 치유 효과와 상관성이 있다. 그리고 거주자의 웰빙을 고려한 치유적 환경의 옥외 공간의 중요성과 요소에 대해 확인하였다. |

A healing environment needs to take into account the well-being of residents. In this study, the current condition of outdoor facilities along
with natural factors was analyzed and features were identified that focused on the outdoor environment of public rental housing. By
conducting a satisfaction analysis and a survey on the healing effect of outdoor facilities, it was investigated whether satisfaction influenced
the healing effect. As for the theoretical background, the elements of the healing environment were studied based on Roger Ulrich's 1984
supporting design theory. The subjects of this study were public rental housing complexes that received an excellent score or better on the
G-SEED certification within ten years and had external environmental factors suitable for a healing environment. Based on residents' behavior,
the therapeutic factors of outdoor facilities were divided into accessibility, convenience, longer period, and connectivity to conduct a
satisfaction survey on outdoor space. The healing effect was examined using Kaplan, R. & Kaplan, S. (1989) Attention Recovery Theory
(ART) and whether satisfaction with the outdoor space influenced the healing effect. The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the
outdoor environment of satisfaction factors had a significant impact on overall satisfaction, with convenience having the greatest impact. The
effect of overall satisfaction on the confirmed healing effect also showed a positive effect. These results revealed that satisfaction with the
outdoor environment and satisfaction factors are correlated with the healing effect; it was possible to confirm the importance and elements of
outdoor environments in a healing environment in terms of residents’ well-being. |
