본 연구의 목적은 포스트 디지털 드로잉의 등장 배경과 의의를 도그마(Dogma)와 오피스 KGDVS(Office KGDVS)의 프로젝트를 중심으로 분석하는 것이다. 포스트 디지털 드로잉은 2000년대 초반에 등장하여 최근 많은 학생과 건축가들의 작품에 영향을 미치고 있다. 건축가의 드로잉들은 단순히 개인의 창작물이 아닌 그 시대의 사회적, 기술적, 정치적, 경제적 환경으로부터 영향을 받는다는 이론적 틀 아래 포스트 디지털 드로잉의 등장 배경을 심미적 관점의 변화, 컴퓨터 관련 기술의 발달과 보급, 건축 사조의 변화, 사회경제적 환경 등으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 또한 이런 배경과 연계하여 과거로의 회귀, 인공성, 평평함, 정면성 등 포스트 드로잉이 가진 특징들을 정리하였다. |

This study aimed to analyze the background and significance of post-digital drawings, with a specific focus on the projects of Dogma and
Office KGDVS. Post-digital drawings emerged in the early 2000s and have since influenced the works of numerous students and architects.
The theoretical foundation behind post-digital drawings suggests that architects’ expressions are not mere personal creations, but rather
manifestations shaped by social, technical, political, and economic contexts. In this regard, the background of post-digital drawings and their
associated characteristics can be derived from this theoretical background. The emergence of post-digital drawing can be summarized into four
categories: changes in aesthetics, advancements and widespread adoption of computer technology, shifts in architectural trends, and the
socioeconomic environment. Noteworthy characteristics of post-digital drawings include a return to history, artificiality, flatness, and frontality. |
