Among all the fields related to the social welfare facilities, this research is an elementary study on the facilities for infants and children in particular. The main issues of this research are as follows: First, based on the analysis of relationship between the existing facilities and their users from the view of structural demand, this research analyses the functions and roles of the facilities for infants and children which have been changed. As the result of the first item, this research, with the object of facilities for infants and children, has goals to establish not only their quantity and quality but also their reorganization, composition and socialization as a part of community facilities. |
